Dongfeng Motors Philippines will open new dealerships in key Philippine cities in 2026 as part of its nationwide expansion, according to an announcement by the company and its distributor, Legado Motors Inc.
The expansion includes new dealer partnerships with Central Auto Resources and TJ Motors Ventures, which will handle upcoming locations in Dasmariñas, Manila, Cebu and Bohol.
The company said the additions aim to increase brand presence and customer access in high-demand urban and regional markets.
Central Auto Resources will manage the Dasmariñas and Manila dealerships, covering Southern Luzon and Metro Manila.
TJ Motors Ventures will oversee the Cebu and Bohol locations, which aim to strengthen Dongfeng’s footprint in the Visayas.
The upcoming dealerships will carry Dongfeng’s current lineup available in the Philippines. Models include the Aeolus Huge Hybrid and Aeolus Mage, both positioned in the compact and midsize SUV segments.
The Nammi EV will also be offered, providing an all-electric option with a claimed range of up to 430 kilometers. The Rich 7 pickup and the U Tour MPV are included to serve commercial users and family buyers.
Legado Motors said additional Dongfeng models are scheduled for future release, though no timelines or specifications were disclosed. The company added that the expanded dealer network will support the rollout of new vehicles once they are introduced locally.
Dealer principals Anna Caranina Cua of Central Auto Resources and Jennifer Yu of TJ Motors Ventures led the partnership agreements. Legado Motors identified both dealer groups as long-term partners with established automotive operations in their respective regions.
Brennan Lim, deputy chief executive officer of Legado Motors Inc., said the expansion supports the company’s plans to grow its customer base and dealership coverage nationwide. He said Dongfeng aims to offer vehicles that meet daily transport needs for private owners, families and businesses.
Dongfeng currently operates several dealerships across Luzon and Mindanao. Legado Motors said the 2026 additions will further strengthen the brand’s national coverage as it continues to build its presence in the Philippine automotive market.
