Suzuki Philippines has opened a new dealership in Calapan City. The new site expands the brand’s presence in Oriental Mindoro and provides local customers with access to vehicle sales and after-sales support.
The dealership operates as Suzuki Auto Calapan and is located along Km. 9 in Puting Tubig. It is run in partnership with Reliance Auto Dynamics Inc.
Suzuki Auto Calapan is the company’s first 3S dealership in the area. It handles vehicle sales, service operations, and spare parts at one location.
The showroom can display up to six vehicles. The service workshop has 10 service bays and wheel alignment equipment. Suzuki said a body repair and paint facility is planned.
Norihide Takei, director and general manager for the Automobile Division of Suzuki Philippines, spoke about the purpose of the new dealership and its role in the area.
“This dealership is more than a new showroom — it represents our shared vision for partnership, growth, and service to the community,” Takei said.
“Together with Reliance Auto Dynamics Inc., we look forward to providing reliable mobility solutions and standing By Your Side as the community continues to grow.”
After-sales support was also discussed during the program. Yukio Sato, general manager for the After Sales and Marine Division, said the Calapan facility strengthens service coverage in the province.
“This facility strengthens our after-sales support in Oriental Mindoro,” Sato said.
“With dedicated service bays, wheel alignment equipment, and a Body Repair and Paint facility underway, Suzuki owners here can expect expert care, dependable maintenance, and peace of mind throughout their ownership.”
Representing the dealership group, Reliance Auto Dynamics president Kristine Uy described the opening as an important step for the company in Calapan City.
“This moment is the culmination of months of planning, dedication, and teamwork, and it marks the beginning of a new journey not just for our business, but for the entire Calapan community,” Uy said.
“With this new dealership, we aim to provide not just vehicles, but trust, service, and a relationship that lasts far beyond the showroom floor,” she added.
Uy also thanked Suzuki Philippines and customers for their support and said Suzuki Auto Calapan aims to serve as a reliable partner for motorists in the area.
The opening ceremony included the release of vehicles to the dealership’s first customers. Suzuki Philippines said the Calapan dealership will serve customers across Oriental Mindoro in the years ahead.
