Three foreign nationals, identified by police as newly designated high-value individuals, were arrested in a buy-bust operation executed early Tuesday morning in Baclaran, Parañaque City.
The operation was conducted around 1:43 a.m. at a unit in the SBM Condotel on J. Gabriel Street by the District Drug Enforcement Unit-Southern Police District (DDEU-SPD) and the Parañaque City Police Station Sub-Station 1.
The suspects, identified as Korean national “Hoon,” Indonesian national “Raptor” and another Korean national “Japyo.”
Authorities confiscated 100 grams of shabu, with an estimated street value of P680,000, and 20 suspected ecstasy tablets valued at P34,000.
Police said Hoon facilitated the sale of the illegal drugs, while Raptor and Japyo were found in possession of the contraband.
The three suspects are facing charges for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act — Hoon for illegal sale, and the two others for illegal possession.
They are currently detained at the DDEU-SPD pending the formal filing of charges.
