Prime Infra Foundation Inc. (PIFI) distributed Christmas gifts to 250 residents of Barangay San Rafael in Montalban, Rizal and school supplies to students of Pintong Bukawe Elementary School (PBES) in San Mateo also in the same province last week.
The gift-giving by the corporate social responsibility and sustainability arm of major infrastructure firm Prime Infra was part of its goodwill to communities hosting infrastructure projects of the company.
Barangay San Rafael officials led the distribution of the gifts, namely Captain KonsiKap Judith Cruz representing our Provincial Governor Nina Ynares and the Sangguniang Barangay members Kagawad Edvher Sison, Kagawad Marlo Lentijas and Kagawad Ricky San Pascual.
In its Facebook post, the barangay thanked PIFI and Prime Infra units Wawa JV Co., (WJVC) and Olympia Violago Water & Power Inc. (OVWPI).
WJVC is the builder and manager of the Wawa Dam that would boost water security for Metro Manila and nearby provinces. OVWPI is the developer of the Wawa Pumped-Storage Hydropower Project, which aims to deliver clean, reliable, and large-scale electricity for Luzon — while also contributing to community development and sustainability.
Meanwhile, PBES also thanked PIFI and WJVC for their generous donation of supplies to all its students from Kindergarten to Grade 6, on 2 December 2025.
“Your support means so much to our learners for these may help them with their needs in school. Your generosity brings smiles, inspires hope, and makes a real difference in our school community,” read the Facebook post from PBES.
“Thank you for believing in the value of education and for helping us create a brighter future for our children. We truly appreciate your active involvement in our school!” it added.
