Kia Philippines has introduced a new limited-run version of its small SUV, the Sonet K-Style Edition, aimed at younger and first-time car buyers who want something a bit more eye-catching than the usual entry-level choice.
The variant has been launched under ACMobility and is now available in dealerships nationwide.
The “K” in its name points to Kia’s Korean roots, while “Style” highlights the model’s focus on design and individuality. Company executives say the edition is meant for drivers who want their first car to match their personality and sense of adventure, without giving up everyday practicality.

ALLOY wheels in contrasting silver give the black unit a sportier look.

BLACK wheels create a bold contrast on the Sparkling Silver variant.
The Sonet K-Style Edition keeps the SUV’s familiar shape but adds a few exclusive touches. It comes in only two colors, Sparkling Silver and Aurora Black. Silver units get contrasting black 16-inch alloy wheels, while black units receive silver wheels for a more striking look.

SIDE decal highlights the special styling made exclusive to the K-Style Edition.
A special K-Style side decal runs along the body to emphasize its sporty stance and give it a more customized feel straight from the showroom.
The K-Style Edition uses the same 1.5-liter gasoline engine paired with an Intelligent Variable Transmission, a setup that Kia claims offers smooth acceleration and fuel-efficient performance suitable for city commutes and weekend trips.
The Sonet K-Style Edition leans on tech and convenience to appeal to connected drivers. The cabin is fitted with a 10.25-inch touchscreen that supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a digital instrument cluster, and an electric sunroof that lets more light into the interior.
The model is equipped with Kia DriveWise, the brand’s suite of driver assistance systems.
Standard features include Cruise Control, Lane Keep Assist, Lane Following Assist and Forward Collision Avoidance Assist, all intended to take some pressure off the driver and provide added reassurance in traffic. The Sonet K-Style Edition is also covered by Kia’s 5-year or 160,000-kilometer warranty package.
Only 150 units of the Kia Sonet K-Style Edition will be sold in the Philippines. Priced at P1,158,000, it sits as a slightly more distinctive option within the Sonet lineup for buyers who want a small SUV with a bit more personality, but still need a practical, well-equipped daily driver.
