Maxim Rides & Food Delivery has rolled out a nationwide holiday program to recognize its top-performing driver-partners, setting up Christmas trees in all its offices with gifts waiting for those who hit their order targets.
The initiative runs from 1 November to 21 December and serves as the company’s year-end gesture of appreciation.
Qualified drivers will receive a range of rewards, from practical home items to bigger-ticket prizes. These include a motorcycle, a karaoke machine, a washing machine, a rice cooker, a TV, and a refrigerator.
Some partners will also get commission-free periods or promo codes that credit extra earnings directly to their accounts.
Maxim president Andres Jr. Morales said the program reflects the company’s gratitude for the daily work put in by its partners. He noted that their reliability ensures passengers reach their destinations on time and deliveries arrive without delay.
Morales added that the company hopes the gifts help spread some Christmas cheer to those who keep the service moving.
Winners will be announced on 25 December, with the top performers receiving their gifts from the company. Maxim said initiatives like this help strengthen its community of drivers and motivate them to reach higher targets.
