Lexus Philippines officially opened the New Lexus Manila Gallery at Grand Central Park, North Bonifacio Global City, as the brand continues its efforts to expand its presence and elevate customer experience in the country.
During the opening program, Lexus Philippines Chairman Alfred V. Ty looked back on the brand’s 16-year journey since it entered the Philippine market in 2009. He recalled how the first Lexus showroom in BGC became the foundation for the brand’s growth and a place that introduced Filipino customers to Lexus’ spirit of omotenashi, or treating every customer as a guest in one’s home.

ALFRED V. Ty, chairman of Lexus Philippines, recalls the brand’s early years in the country and its first lineup of models during his opening remarks at the Lexus Manila Gallery inauguration.

MASANDO Hashimoto, president of Lexus Philippines, shares the brand’s continued growth and its direction toward innovation and sustainability.
Ty thanked Lexus owners and supporters for their continued trust. He said the brand now has more than 12,000 units on Philippine roads. He also highlighted milestones such as the introduction of the LFA supercar and the expansion from five initial models to twelve today.
“The new Lexus Manila Gallery represents a new chapter for Lexus in the Philippines,” Ty said. “It is larger, more modern, and designed to provide comfort and convenience for every guest.”
He described the four-story facility as a space where guests can explore Lexus models in a relaxed, gallery-style environment. The new building combines modern design with the brand’s core values of quality, craftsmanship and hospitality.
