Gapan City’s top most wanted men nabbed in Nueva Ecija ops

The Nueva Ecija Police Provincial Office (NEPPO) has arrested two of Gapan City’s top Most Wanted Persons (MWPs) during back-to-back operations in the province of Nueva Ecija on 2 November 2025.

According to NEPPO Provincial Director Police Col. Heryl Bruno, the operations led to the arrest of Gapan City’s Top 2 and Top 4 MWPs.

The Gapan City Police Station, General Tinio MPS, Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU) NEPPO, 1st PMFC-4th Maneuver Platoon, 2nd PMFC-2nd FOB, and RMFB3-303rd Maneuver Company, conducted the operation at Barangay Pias, General Tinio.

The operation led to the arrest of the No. 2 Top Most Wanted City Level individual, a 40-year-old male resident of Barangay Mangino, Gapan City.

He was arrested by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for violation of Section 5, Article II, in relation to Section 26, and Section 11 of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).

The same operating team conducted another police operation in Barangay Pambuan, Gapan City, which led to the arrest of the No. 4 top MWP city-level. The suspect is a 30-year-old construction worker from the same city.

The suspect was arrested by virtue of an Alias Warrant of Arrest for Lascivious Conduct under Section 5(b), Article III of Republic Act No. 7610 (Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act).

Both arrested individuals are now under police custody for proper disposition.
