Central Luzon police nab five most wanted criminals on All Saints’ Day

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — While the nation observed All Saints’ Day, Central Luzon police captured five of the region’s most wanted criminals in a coordinated sweep across Bulacan, Tarlac, Aurora, and Nueva Ecija.
The Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) operations, conducted on 1 November, targeted individuals wanted for heinous crimes, including rape and murder.
In Bulacan, a regional top 10 and provincial top target was apprehended in Calumpit for rape, with no bail recommended. In Tarlac City, authorities arrested a regional top nine most wanted person for acts of lasciviousness and rape. Meanwhile, Aurora police in Dingalan captured a regional rank number seven also wanted for statutory rape.
Nueva Ecija was the site of two high-profile arrests. In Talavera, a regional top five and provincial top two most wanted individual was caught for two counts of rape. Earlier, in General M. Natividad, authorities apprehended a regional top four most wanted person for murder.
“Justice doesn’t pause, even for holidays,” said PBGen. Ponce Rogelio I. Peñones Jr., PRO3 Director. He commended the operating units for their dedication to upholding peace and order, emphasizing PRO3’s commitment to the Philippine National Police’s Focused Agenda under Acting Chief PLtGen. The PRO3 reiterated its 24/7 commitment to public safety, ensuring that criminals face justice regardless of the season.
