ALABEL, SARANGANI — Sarangani Provincial Governor Rogelio “Ruel” D. Pacquiao, together with Vice Governor Danny Martinez and members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, led the finalization and signing of the Local Governance Canvas 2026–2028, setting the direction of Sarangani’s development and governance priorities for the next three years.
The Local Governance Canvas serves as a strategic roadmap that aligns the province’s economic, legislative, and social development goals. It aims to guide the provincial government in delivering programs that are purpose-driven, inclusive, and sustainable.
“With clear vision, we signed the Statement of Joint Commitment to the Province of Sarangani’s Local Governance Canvas 2026–2028, declaring our unified commitment to transform our shared vision into tangible actions for all Sarangans,” Governor Pacquiao said.
The document reflects the provincial government’s collective dedication to transparent governance, long-term planning, and strengthened collaboration among local leaders to ensure a brighter, more progressive future for Sarangani.
