Filipino favorite Mang Inasal has once again proven that success tastes better when shared. The country’s Grill Expert took center stage at the Marketech Asia-Pacific Empowered Women Awards 2025 in Singapore, where it bagged the top titles of Company of the Year and Woman Marketing Leader of the Year for its Digital and Public Relations Director, RJ Rodillo.
Mang Inasal president Mike V. Castro said the recognition represents more than the brand’s creativity. “These Grand Prix wins reflect the heart, commitment, and unity of the entire Mang Inasal team. We dedicate these awards to our people and our customers. Their love for Mang Inasal inspires us to keep serving meals that connect families, friends, and communities, and this recognition reminds us why we do what we do every day,” Castro shared.
The company also brought home multiple Gold Awards, including Love the Flavors, Love the Philippines for Integrated Marketing, the Mang Inasal Nation Facebook Group for Customer Engagement, and another Gold for Rodillo as Empowered Woman in F&B Marketing. Its official website, MANGINASAL.PH, earned a Bronze under the Consumer Insights Campaign category.
The Empowered Women Awards recognizes leaders whose influence reshapes industries across the Asia-Pacific. For Rodillo and the Mang Inasal team, the achievement reflects how Filipino marketers continue to drive innovation and inspire trust in the region’s competitive food industry.
Mang Inasal’s winning streak did not end there. At the foodpanda 2025 CRAVE Partner Summit and Awards, the brand earned the Pau-Pau’s Top of Table Silver Award for its strong sales performance in the Meals & Mains category. The CRAVE Awards, which stand for Celebrating Relationships & Advancing Valuable Experiences, honor partner brands that excel in campaign performance, operations, and customer satisfaction.
From humble local grill to regional marketing powerhouse, Mang Inasal’s story shows how consistency, collaboration, and culture can turn a homegrown brand into a global benchmark for excellence.
