Ten of the Philippines’ finest golfers are set to tee it up against global superstars in the International Series Philippines presented by BingoPlus, happening 23 to 26 October at Sta. Elena Golf Club.
Leading the charge is Miguel Tabuena, a three-time Asian Tour champion, joined by a powerhouse local lineup featuring Justin Quiban, Sean Ramos, Aidric Chan, Carl Jano Corpus, Angelo Que, Keanu Jahns, Rupert Zaragosa, Clyde Mondilla and Perry Bucay.
They’ll take on some of the world’s biggest names — Dustin Johnson, Charl Schwartzel, and Louis Oosthuizen — in what’s shaping up to be the biggest golf event ever held in the Philippines.
Quiban, familiar with Sta. Elena’s layout, said: “It’s exciting but nerve-wracking — I’ll have a lot of friends watching! Having big names like Dustin Johnson in the field will definitely bring more fans out to support local players.”
Meanwhile, rising star Sean Ramos added, “Playing on home soil against my idol DJ is a dream come true. It’s inspiring and pushes me to bring my best.”
The event promises world-class golf and festival vibes with concerts, food, music, and fan zones throughout the week.
