The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has partially closed the northbound section of the Mindanao Avenue underpass in Quezon City for repairs.
On Friday evening, 1 August, the agency began concrete reblocking activities in the area, prompting the partial closure of the underpass.
The road closure affects alternating northbound and southbound lanes from 10 PM on 1 August until 5 AM on 4 August. The MMDA said the repairs aim to improve traffic flow once the works are completed.
Motorists were advised to take alternate routes to avoid delays.
Earlier, the government also announced that parts of Mindanao Avenue would be closed starting 29 June to make way for the construction of the Tandang Sora Station of the Metro Manila Subway project.
