The fashion icon wore a hand-painted Schiaparelli, a gown that she kept in her closet for two years, Pep.ph reported.

Heart used Instagram updates to share how the gown was put together.

"Proof that even the roughest sketches can become breathtaking realities 💫once again," she wrote.

It took five months to create the iconic fashion piece.
