Landco Pacific Corporation’s The Spinnaker, named the Best International Sustainable Residential Development at the 2024-2025 International Property Awards, is a 22-storey beachfront condotel poised as an iconic architectural landmark.
The iconic property is known for its innovative design and sustainability facets. The stunning condotel is situated at the master planned 23-hectare Resort Estates Club Laiya in Laiya, San Juan, Batangas.
The Spinnaker is pursuing EDGE Certification of the International Finance Corporation, a subsidiary of The World Bank, targeting to meet the criteria of at least 20 percent savings on use of resources: water, energy and embodied materials.
The Spinnaker is part of the eco-friendly development of Club Laiya. Along with Landco BeachTowns CaSoBe (Calatagan South Beach), Club Laiya is Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)-registered for the properties’ sustainability program. There are tree-lined walkways, pedestrian routes, bicycle lanes, a beach promenade. There’s also double-piped water management system in the entire development.
