A student driver was rushed to the hospital after sustaining a head injury when a chunk of concrete fell onto his SUV in Barangay Tambo, Parañaque City.

According to reports, the concrete slab fell from a portion of the skyway and struck the vehicle's roof at around 2 p.m., causing injuries to the victim.

Authorities are currently investigating the incident to determine the exact source of the debris and whether any contractor or agency may be held accountable.
