He is reportedly being considered to head the Presidential Communications Office in place of Secretary Jay Ruiz.

Jabal is a prominent Filipino public relations executive and the chairman and CEO of PAGEONE Group.

He specializes in public relations, advocacy, public affairs, and crisis communications, having worked on multi-million-dollar projects for organizations such as the US Agency for International Development, World Bank and the United Nations.

Jabal also has over 200 awards to his name and serves as a thought leader for the International Public Relations Association.

Jabal holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from the Swiss School of Management and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Sociology at De La Salle University, Manila.

An insider told Nosey Tarsee that Jabal’s qualifications strongly align with the PCO’s need for strategic communication and reputation management.
