Enrique Moran: “Every project is an opportunity to grow.”
Enrique Moran: “Every project is an opportunity to grow.”

“I have always dreamt of making wonderful abodes for people. Places that they would love to go to — whether that be for work or a place to rest their tired bodies after a long day,” says Enrique M. Moran, president and CEO of F.P. Morgen Construkt.

“F.P. Morgen Construkt (FPMCC) was born in 2017 from a vision to serve others through professional Construction Project Management (CPM). My father, Peter, an architect, was often asked by clients to oversee the construction of his designs — a role that stretched beyond his expertise,” Enrique begins. “My mother, Fe Mejia-Moran, stepped in, managing material procurement, specialty contractors and client reporting to assist my father.”

It was here that Enrique saw the potential for a business. But as he was currently employed in the corporate world, he waited until the time was right.

“As I observed their efforts while working for a real estate developer, I saw both their challenges and a unique opportunity. My experience in the industry highlighted the critical role of skilled project and construction management in bringing visions and dreams to life,” Enrique thought. “But it was because I was inspired by faith and family, I proposed formalizing a CPM company to complement my father’s architectural firm.”

The beginning

Enrique comes from a family that is steeped in faith and it is not uncommon for him to see the Hand of God in all he does.

He says, “With God’s grace, we started small — kitchen renovations and condo fit-outs — before long, we grew to handle residential homes, resorts, office buildings, pharmaceutical plants, warehouses, and mid-rise structures.”

Since 2017, the FPMCC has flourished, guided by our commitment to honor God and serve clients with integrity and excellence. To anyone dreaming of building their home or business, we’re here to make that vision a reality with professionalism and heart.

A family that works together

Enrique is quick to acknowledge that working with family at FPMCC is both a blessing and a challenge. “Far more demanding than my 14 years in the corporate world. In corporate life, where I could “’switch off’ after hours,” he says. “But, I have learned that family business never stops — Sunday dinners often turn into strategy sessions. Believe me I tried setting a ‘no work talk at meals’ rule, but I’m usually the first to break it,”

Driven by a passion riven for what we do together — the stakes are higher, too. In corporate roles, the worst outcome might be losing a job, but in our family business, every decision impacts our employees, clients, partners, and our legacy. “It’s not easy as there are entrepreneurial challenges we face daily, but it’s my faith in God, a close family, team members that share the same values and vision and the company I keep that keeps me grounded and going,” Enrique adds.

Today, the full-time business, that started for Enrique in 2022, together with his parents, sister and wife, has deepened our family bond in ways he never imagined.

“We’re united by a shared mission to honor God and serve others by striving to building better lives for all stakeholders,” Enrique muses. “The responsibility is immense, but the joy of building something meaningful together, guided by faith, surpasses any (of my) corporate achievement. Our family’s heart and dedication ensure our clients that their projects are treated like our own.”

Since surrendering the decision to leave the corporate world — and work with family — to God, His provisions have been astounding.

“In three years, we’ve grown from three to 30 employees, managing 8 to 12 projects at a time, including larger ventures like pharmaceutical plants and mid-rise buildings,” Enrique shares. “This isn’t a ‘secret formula’—it’s a daily journey of surrendering everything to Christ Jesus, faith, learning from mistakes and challenges, building genuine relationships with clients and other stakeholders, and simply persevering.”

Making goals real

The family’s goal at F.P. Morgen Construkt is simple: To honor God in every decision, deliver honest and professional CPM services, serve and give back to my country by giving employment opportunities and leave a legacy of integrity and excellence for my wife, children and future generations. By staying faithful to these goals, I hope to bring my company to pursue its purpose, mission and vision with complete faith and trust in God’s provision.

“The niche market for our business seems to grow daily,” Enrique believes. “As a matter of fact, for mid-sized developers, businesses and homeowners who deserve honest, high-quality support — they seek us out.”

And Enrique has discovered that while large developers often work with established firms, many others — building homes, office buildings, resorts, or commercial spaces — seek credible and trustworthy alternative CPM providers to bring their visions and dreams to life. F.P. Morgen Construkt fills that gap, offering personalized, professional management that does its best to protect our clients’ interests.

“Some view CPM as an added expense, but we see it as an investment in success,” Enrique shares. “A skilled and experienced CPM firm anticipates challenges, optimizes resources, and ensures your project aligns with your dreams.”

Enrique has learned that every project, no matter how unique, teaches us to trust God’s guidance and gives as an opportunity to refine our craft.

“Every project is an opportunity for our team to grow and learn. It will never be perfect, but it’s what we do in those situations that separate us from the normal,” he says. “My time as a corporate employee gave me a strong foundation and prepared me for what I am doing today, but as I continue to serve God through our clients and creating valuable opportunities for others brings me deeper fulfillment.”

But what is most important are the lives of the people that are changed because of dream projects that have become realities. That is what Enrique and his team aim to achieve — building dreams and better lives.

“To anyone hesitant about their dreams, trust that God can lead you to a purpose beyond your imagination, just as He’s doing through our work at F.P. Morgen Construkt.”
