Did you know that you can now taste authentic Beef Panang Curry, TasteAtlas 2024’s best stew, here in the Philippines?

Greyhound Café curated a special menu, The Color Palette of Thai Food, that features innovative and contemporary interpretations of Bangkok fare courtesy of chef JR Antolin.

First up is the Crispy Salmon Salad, where the salmon is fried and served with spicy green mango and apple salad.

Next is another appetizer, the Crispy Shrimp Pancake. The pancakes, stuffed with pork and shrimp, are presented with plum sauce. The Extreme Crab Omelette, on the other hand, is made with four eggs, crab meat and sweet chili sauce.

The mains include Crispy Fish Prik King, a fragrant Thai stir-fry with green beans and red paste. Run Juan Curry with Beef, meanwhile, is the classic spicy sour soup that is usually served for the Thai Royal Family.

Southern Thai-Style Pork Belly Stew is very much like adobo minus the vinegar. Beef Panang Curry, the best stew by TasteAtlas for 2024, is slow-cooked to mash the ingredients well.

Last is Bua Loy, a dessert similar to Filipino bilo-bilo, made with soft, glutinous rice flour dumplings or balls cooked in sweet coconut milk.

The Color Palette of Thai Food is available for a limited time in all Greyhound Café branches.
