Count on me to let out an enthusiastic “oui, oui” to an invitation to a French feast! At the heart of BGC, discover one of the newest places to get a taste of authentic cuisine — The French Bistro PH.
I went in support my good friends and successful restaurateurs, Joel Rama del Prado and Carla Larrazabal del Prado, on yet another thrilling venture — one that excites every curious foodie and lover of fine flavors like me!
The French Bistro PH welcomed us with a new name for a fresh start, including the appointment of its talented executive chef Loïc Brun, and a vibrant yet intimate atmosphere perfect for special occasions.
You can definitely host smaller celebrations here, or a big one for up to 100 pax! And if you ask me about the food, all I need to say is this: can I get another round, s’il vous plaît?
It’s just too good! We were spoiled rotten as they pulled all the stops for us: Salad, French Onion Soup, Escargots, Beef Entrecôte and finished it all off with a gorgeous Crêpe Suzette. Not to mention the exceptional drink list that never stopped pouring.
Needless to say, it was perfection up until 2 a.m. because that’s when we had to cut the party short! But this is not goodbye. I will definitely be returning to The French Bistro. Thank you, Joel and Carla, for hosting us! Santé!
