PhilHealth members can now avail of the Outpatient Emergency Care Benefit (OECB) package at all Levels 1 to 3 PhilHealth-accredited hospitals, starting 14 February.
According to PhilHealth Advisory 2025-0009, signed on 14 February, 2025, no separate accreditation is needed for hospitals to offer the OECB package, as their capacity for this benefit has already been assessed when they were granted PhilHealth accreditation.
