According to PhilHealth Advisory 2025-0009, signed on 14 February, 2025, no separate accreditation is needed for hospitals to offer the OECB package, as their capacity for this benefit has already been assessed when they were granted PhilHealth accreditation.
Members who have not yet accessed the OECB are encouraged to contact PhilHealth’s 24/7 customer service touchpoints at (02) 866-225-88 or via mobile at 0998-857-2957, 0968-865-4670, 0917-127-5987, or 0917-110-9812 for assistance.
