Sharon Cuneta moved by daughter KC Concepcion’s thoughtful gift

Veteran actress and singer Sharon Cuneta recently took to social media to express her heartfelt gratitude to her daughter, KC Concepcion, for a deeply meaningful gift.

In an Instagram post, Cuneta shared photos of the surprise — a stunning pair of earrings and a necklace from Concepcion’s fine jewelry brand, Avec Moi. More than the jewelry itself, it was KC’s heartfelt words that truly touched her.

“Baby #1, my eldest @kristinaconcepcion just sent me these! And they are beautiful. Even more beautiful, though, are her words. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Toot! I love you,” Cuneta wrote.

The gift included a handwritten note from KC, expressing her admiration for her mother.

“Dearest Mom, Watching you bloom in every season has been such a gift—you inspire me with your willpower, dedication, and passion for all things beautiful in life,” Concepcion wrote.

She went on to explain the sentimental meaning behind the jewelry pieces.

The rose-shaped earrings, crafted in 18k gold with natural diamond rosebuds, symbolize how deeply cherished Sharon is.

“These freshly picked roses are a favorite from my brand, Mama, but I wanted to gift you a pair to remind you of how deeply loved and treasured you are. I love you always!”

The necklace, featuring an “S” pendant encrusted with natural diamonds and a pink sapphire heart, held even deeper significance.

“Your love is the signature that marks my life in the most precious way. This fine jewelry piece carries your handwriting, and I couldn’t help but encrust it with diamonds and a pink sapphire heart,” KC explained.

The necklace came with an 18k yellow gold paperclip chain, which Cuneta can customize with any chain of her choice. KC also included a pink pouch adorned with an “S” pearl design as part of the gift.

KC Concepcion launched Avec Moi in 2018, drawing inspiration from her time in Paris and her love for intricate floral designs. Her collection is also a tribute to cherished memories, including those of her late grandmother, Elaine Cuneta.

In 2024, KC shared that she and her mother had a meaningful conversation to end the year, expressing hope for a stronger and smoother relationship moving forward.

KC is Sharon’s only daughter with actor Gabby Concepcion. The former couple married in 1984 before their marriage was annulled in 1993. Sharon is now married to Kiko Pangilinan, with whom she shares three children: Frankie, Miel, and Miguel.
