Actress KC Concepcion opened up on social media that she is ending the year right as she and her mom Sharon Cuneta finally had a conversation.
On Instagram on Christmas day, Concepcion shares that her Christmas is filled with "love and laughter" with her family and mom Cuneta.
"Christmas will always be about love, laughter, and time with family for me… ending the year right with a conversation between Mama and I," Concepcion wrote. "She always makes the holidays extra magical and special," she added.
Concepcion also wants to take the holiday as a break and to reflect on herself.
"For this year’s Christmas season, I’m taking my quiet space to pray, reflect, recharge, reset, and look forward to the blessings I know God has in store for me (and my family)! I know nanjan lang si God para samin and magiging ok ang lahat. Especially between my mama and me," she added.
Concepcion is the only daughter of Cuneta and actor Gabby Concepcion whose 1984 marriage was annulled in 1993.
The 39-year-old actress-entrepreneur's mother, Megastar Sharon Cuneta, is married to Kiko. The couple have three children: Frankie, Miel, and Miguel.
In 2023, Concepcion confirmed that she started to "unfollow" her stepfather, former Senator Francis "Kiko" Pangilinan, and her half-sister Frankie Pangilinan on Instagram, saying she just wants "peace of mind."
