CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY — A family of five including three minors was killed when the motorcycle they were riding rammed head on a cargo truck along the national highway in Barangay Gumanpang, Initial Misamis Oriental late Friday afternoon.
Police Corporal Ricky Alagon Jr., traffic investigation in a report said that the victims were riding a motorcycle from Cagayan de Oro City to Iligan when the accident happened.
Investigation showed that about 5 p.m. the father who was driving the motorcycle was trailing a car when it suddenly swerved into the opposite lane and rammed head on with the incoming truck loaded with tires.
The impact threw the victims into the road as the truck crushed and ran over the motorcycle.
