Arca South Estate’s connectivity to Metro Manila is strengthened with the recent groundbreaking of the Taguig City Terminal Exchange.

The transport hub spans five hectares and is designed to accommodate up to 160,000 passengers and 5,200 vehicles daily, offering a seamless commuting experience with direct integration into the North-South Commuter Railway and Metro Manila Subway Project.

Arca South Estates is home to six residential developments: Arbor Lanes, Gardencourt Residences, Avida Towers One Union Place, Avida Towers Vireo, Park Cascades and The Veranda.

TCITx is expected to be fully operational by 2028.
