Pageant veteran Chelsea Fernandez has officially confirmed her participation in Miss Universe Philippines 2025, representing Sultan Kudarat.

On Wednesday, Fernandez shared photos from her sashing ceremony, where she proudly wore her new sash. “Hello, U,” she captioned the post, expressing her excitement about her journey.

In her announcement, Fernandez thanked the organization and the province of Sultan Kudarat for entrusting her with the opportunity. “Grateful for this incredible opportunity, taking another leap of faith for all of you who have always believed in me. Together, let us embrace the universe,” she wrote.

Fernandez is no stranger to the pageant scene—she was a Binibining Pilipinas titleholder and represented the Philippines in Miss Globe 2022, where she secured a Top 12 finish in Albania. Now, she is set to make another bid for a prestigious crown on the Miss Universe Philippines stage.
