Only one Filipino conglomerate, SM Investments Corp., made it to the top 20 companies in Southeast Asia based on market capitalization as of 4 February 2025, based on a regional survey of companiesmarketcap.com.
On the top 20 are five Singapore companies, five Indonesian conglomerates, five Thai firms and four Malaysian corporations
The list was topped by giant Singaporean multinational DBS, SMIC was 17th.
