20 MSMEs join social media influencer’s caravan at SM City Bataan

Balanga City, Bataan — A total of 20 Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) participated in the Viyline Caravan, showcasing their products at SM City Bataan on 22 January 2025.

According to Viyline Caravan CEO Viy Cortez-Velasquez, the eight-day caravan, which runs from 22 to 29 January, aims to transform SM City Bataan into a bustling hub for entrepreneurs, highlighting the creativity and ingenuity of these MSMEs.

The social media influencer noted that the caravan features a diverse range of products and services from local entrepreneurs, including fashion, beauty, home essentials, food, and other unique items.

“The MSME bazaaristas, handpicked for their unique offerings, captivated mallgoers with their passion and dedication to their craft,” she said.

SM City Bataan official Paula Gayeta stated that SM Supermalls, known for supporting local businesses and fostering community development, provided an ideal venue for the Viyline Caravan.

“The event attracted hundreds of shoppers, eager to explore the variety of goods and support small businesses,” she added.

Cortez-Velasquez and her father, Rolando Cortez, general manager of Viyline Media Group, were present at the launch, where the group was warmly welcomed by the SM Supermalls management team.

Gayeta further shared that the bazaar atmosphere was enhanced by interactive booths and special promotions, making the event a delightful experience for all attendees.

“The partnership between Viyline and SM Supermalls exemplifies their shared commitment to nurturing MSMEs and driving local economic growth,” she added.
