Yesterday’s foot procession drew an estimated 1.4 million devotees, with more expected for today’s vibrant festivities at the Cebu City Sports Center. Cebu Archbishop Jose Palma celebrated Mass at the Basilica Minore del Santo Niño to honor the religious aspect of the festival, while the parade brings to life its cultural splendor.
