LIMAY, Bataan — In response to a request from Mayor Richie Jason David, Land Transportation Office (LTO) chief Ronald O. Navarette agreed Monday to send an LTO caravan to assist residents in this industrial town.
The LTO caravan will help residents apply for student driver’s licenses without having to travel to the LTO office in Balanga for the required seminar.
"Since it was requested by Mayor David, we'll offer a free seminar for the people of Limay," Navarette said, noting that he visited the mayor's office to confirm the arrangement.
Mayor David expressed his gratitude, saying, "We are grateful for your continued support. Thank you for your attention to this matter..."
Limay, the wealthiest municipality in the country, is home to the multi-billion-peso Petron Bataan Refinery, international seaports, the Department of National Defense (DND) Arsenal, and other multinational companies.
