Newly installed National Police Commission (Napolcom) commissioner Atty. Rafael Vicente Calinisan served as the Resource Speaker for the 1st 2025 Consultative Meeting/Dialogue with the Office of District Executive Senior Police Officer (ODESPO) of the Quezon City Police District, held Monday morning at Camp Karingal.
Calinisan was welcomed by QCPD acting director P/Col. Melecio Buslig, Jr. at the QCPD Hinirang Social Hall.
ODESPO officials, led by Police Executive Master Sergeant Boy Clarito Blancad, briefed Calinisan along with QCPD ODESPO officers.
One of the program’s highlights was the presentation of the 2024 ODESPO Accomplishment Report through an engaging audio-visual presentation, which showcased the office’s significant achievements and contributions over the past year.
This was followed by an open forum aimed at fostering collaboration, identifying priorities for 2025, and enhancing coordination among QCPD personnel.
