Supreme Court Associate Justice Mario Lopez, chairperson of the 2024 Bar Examinations, announced on Friday that the oath-taking and roll-signing ceremonies are slated for 24 January 2025, the final step for the Bar passers to officially join the legal profession.
In a statement, Lopez hailed the newly minted lawyers for their tenacity and achievement by calling them the “Most Valuable Lawyers.”
“You have proven yourselves worthy to join this noble profession — one that plays an indispensable role in pursuing truth, upholding justice and building a stronger nation,” Lopez said.
He acknowledged that the road to success was a collective effort, extending his congratulations to the families, friends and supporters who stood by the candidates.
“Truly, it takes a village to raise a lawyer, and your village deserves the deepest gratitude,” he added.
