DAVAO CITY — Some 182 couples were married last Friday, 13 December during the Kasalan Sa Pasko sa Davao City held at the Davao City Recreation Center with no less than Mayor Sebastian Duterte officiating the rites.

The activity which had the Civil and Lumad marriage ceremonies were all for free.

Duterte officiated the civil marriage ceremony while tribal leaders conducted Lumad rites.

Also present during the ceremonies were Vice Mayor Melchor Quitain Jr. Councilors Tek Ocampo, Bonz Militar, Al Ryan Alejandre, Jonard Dayap, Sweet Advincula and Enzo Villafuerte.
