Lee Jong Suk is reportedly set to star as the prince of the Western Kingdom in the fantasy romance series The Remarried Empress, alongside Shin Min Ah, according to the actor’s agency, ACE FACTORY.
Adapted from a fantasy romance web novel, the series follows Navier (played by Shin Min Ah), an empress who rebuilds her life after a dramatic divorce.
While Jong Suk’s participation is confirmed, details about his role have yet to be finalized. Reports suggest he may portray a prince with significant economic power and national influence, who becomes drawn to Navier as they discover shared values.
