A man accused of rape was arrested by the police in his lair in Parañaque City Friday.

The warrant and subpoena unit, Station Intelligence Section, Substation 8 Makati City police and Parañaque City police served the warrant against alias Rom, 52 years old, painter.

Tagged as number 2 station level for December 2023 and top 4 District Level Top Most Wanted Person for October 2023 at around 12:50 p. m. on 15 December 2023  when the team implemented the warrant of arrest against him at New Makati City Hall, Poblacion, Makati City.

 The suspect has a pending case for statutory rape by sexual intercourse, issued by Hon. Judge Rico Sebastian Liwanag, Regional Trial Court, Branch 136, Makati City, docketed under Criminal Case No. M-MKT-23-01949-CR, dated 14 August 2023 with no recommended bail.

Alias Rom is in the custody of Makati City police custodial facility while waiting for the issuance of a commitment order from the issuing court.
