Quezon City Vice Mayor Gian Sotto on Sunday expressed his elation over hundreds of young runners and anti-illegal drugs advocates who participated in the early morning Buhay ay Ingatan, Droga ay Ayawan (BIDA) Fun Run at the Quezon City Memorial Circle.
