Is Sara Geronimo pregnant?

Sarah Geronimo recently cancelled her Pampanga concert with Bamboo because of a "medical condition." That, of course, has sparked rumors that she is pregnant with her and Matteo Guidicelli's first baby.

Veteran columnist Cristy Fermin broached the idea on her online show, saying: "Nagliliihi na raw si Sarah Geronimo? Hindi nga po ba, 'yung kanilang concert ni Bamboo sa Pampanga postponed? Naudlot tapos marami siyang hindi napuntahan na kompromiso (Is Sarah Geronimo infanticipating? Wasn't her concert with Bamboo in Pampanga postponed? And there were other commitments she wasn't able to do)."

"Ang sabi ng Viva, ang kanyang management agency, medical condition nga raw. Ano kaya 'yun e  mukha namang walang sakit si Sarah. So meron pong mga nagkwento sa amin. Mukhang ito na po 'yun. Pregnant na raw (Viva, her management agency, said it was because of a medical condition. What could that be, since Sarah doesn't appear to be sick. So we've been told, and this appears to be it: She's already pregnant)," added Fermin.

Should this be true, it's certainly welcome news for Popsters who are waiting with bated breath to see Geronimo and Guidicelli's first-born.

The couple secretly got married on 20 February 2020, against the objections of Geronimo's parents.

The two were last seen during the inauguration of their newly built G Studios, a high-tech venue for events, films, recordings and video productions that can accommodate about 180 event guests.

Scoring 'pogi' points

Senator Chiz Escudero scored more pogi points with a recent Instagram post showing how far he went to show support to his fashionista wife Heart Evangelista.

The post initially showed Escudero in a tight hug with Evangelista. Then he was shown fixing his wife's oversized necklace, sewing Evangelista's white gown, fixing the shoe laces of her boots and finally accompanying her to her various events.

The short clips drew admiration from netizens who saw Escudero as the perfect love partner for Evangelista.

"Im impressed, he supports his wife up to the extent of sewing whatever is needed to be sawn!," said one netizen.

"I truly admire Sen. Chiz for being a very supportive husband to Miss Heart… The best always… God bless you both," said another.

Manager dupes writer

Sometime in 2000, a showbiz writer bought a fully furnished property from a talent manager. It was a duplex pegged at P2 million.

The manager agreed that the writer could pay the property in installments of P5,000 a month.  The writer gave P520,000 as down payment for the unit.

So far, the writer has given a total of P1.7 million, which means he still has a balance of P300,000.

But, since he was hospitalized and his kitty was depleted, the writer had to return the property without him living in it.

A buyer then bought the property for P1.5 million through an agent.

And what do you know, the writer only got P350,000 after the sale of the property, which was arranged by the manager's cohort.
