Veteran journalist Amando Doronila died on Friday, 7 July, in Australia at age 95.
The cause of death was attributed to pneumonia, according to The Manila Times, the newspaper where he had previously written an evening column in the '60s and early '70s.
Doronila's eldest child Agustin told the newspaper that their family plans to hold his father's funeral on 14 July.
