The Manila Police District Special Mayor's Reaction Team arrested one of two brothers in Varona, Tondo over a pending case in a Balagtas, Bulacan court.

Residents tagged the brothers as neighborhood toughies.

MPD-SMaRT identified the arrested suspect as Renjie Sison, 28, jobless. His brother Naldo, also wanted in Bulacan for charges the police did not specify, remained at large.

Balagtas Municipal Trial Court Judge Marry Ann Lagrosa issued the warrant for the arrest of the brothers.

Renjie was set to be turned over by the MPD-SMaRT to the Bulacan PNP for the return of warrant to the issuing court.
