"Seda" in the Philippines (and in Spain) means silk, a natural fiber known for its luster, shine, strength, and durability. It is also the strongest natural textile in the world — perfectly describing the largest premier hotel north of Metro Manila: Seda Vertis North.

The five-star hotel has stood the test of time, even through the Covid-19 pandemic, recently celebrated its 10th anniversary.

Seda Vertis North is in the thick of its festive season, which it launched on 15 November 2022. The event was its annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony, with the theme "Winter Wonderland" in shades of royal blue, white, and silver.

The ceremony was led by Seda Vertis North's French general manager Christian Pirodon.

He said, "It is the hotel's first time again after two years to celebrate such a joyous occasion. We are all happy to have you here with us as we usher in the upcoming holiday season, enjoying delicious food and refreshing drinks specially prepared by our culinary team."

The culinary team is led by talented Filipino executive chef Elmer Enriquez. He is also in charge of Misto, the hotel's buffet restaurant which means medley or mix.
