As we get older, our vision becomes less flexible making it harder to read — a condition known as presbyopia. Though reading glasses are recommended for those who are 40 and above, they can help anyone who needs to see and read things better.
However, choosing the wrong lens power can give you unwanted side effects such as headaches and eye strain so it's important to use the right glasses.
The best way to find the right strength is to try on different pairs yourself and see which works best for you. The stronger the reading glasses, the closer you'll be able to see.
Sunnies Studios released its first-ever line of reading glasses equipped with scratch-resistant lenses that give clear vision at close range.
The brand wants to increase the accessibility of eyewear for everyone. Staying true to its mission, Readers is the latest addition to our line of grab-and-go eyewear, conveniently accessible online and in various in-store locations.
With the goal of making reading easier, the Readers collection promises to make wearers feel and look good, no matter what age they are.
As part of the brand's Responsible Sunnies commitment where they pledged to stop the use of virgin plastic in the production on their eyewear, these new ready-made reading glasses are responsibly-made with recycled polyester that also comes in a biodegradable box.
The Readers collection comes in 3 styles– Pilot 1, Rectangle 1, and Rectangle 2. All styles are available in 5 lens powers: +1.00, +1.50, +2.00, +2.50, and +3.00 and come in 2 colorways: Slate and Mushroom.
