‘Karding’ coming: Disaster agency recommends suspension of gov’t work, public classes in 6 regions

The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council on 25 September recommended to President Bongbong Marcos the suspension of work in government offices and public classes in Regions I, II, III, IV-A, IV-B, and V due to Super Typhoon "Karding."
Private companies, offices, and schools may decide on their own discretion.
Earlier, Senate President Migz Zubiri suspended work at the Senate on 26 September also due to the coming storm.
