Sen. Bong Go reassured pandemic-affected communities of his commitment to help them build back better amid the ongoing pandemic.
During a relief operation organized in Legazpi City, Albay on Monday, 12 September, the senator's team provided snacks, masks and shirts to 301 residents at the Social Development Center.
They also gave away cellular phones, bicycles, shoes, and balls for basketball and volleyball.
Meanwhile, the Department of Social Welfare and Development extended livelihood grants that may enable the residents to open small businesses to sustain their daily needs.
Kaya kailangan natin magtulungan, magbayanihan at magmalasakit sa ating kapwa," Go said in his video message.
"Huwag kayong mag-alala.
