The Metro Rail Transit-3 (MRT-3) is regulating the train’s movement after a man jumped and fell along its rail tracks Tuesday afternoon.
The train management said the street vagrant jumped over and fell at the interstation of the tracks along Buendia and Ayala at 12:16 p.m.
