Police personnel from different units of the Pangasinan Police Provincial Office (PPO) gathered for the Magilas Inter-Color Sportsfest 2026, an activity aimed at strengthening camaraderie, discipline and teamwork among members of the provincial police force.

Held at Camp Gov. Antonio U. Sison in Lingayen, the sportsfest carried the theme, "One Team, One Mission: Strengthening Discipline, Leadership, and Dedication Through Unity and Sportsmanship."

The event brought together personnel from the provincial headquarters, city and municipal police stations, Provincial Mobile Force Companies (PMFCs), and national support units for friendly competitions designed to promote physical fitness and cooperation.

National Police Commission Region 1 Director Atty. George Aplas D. Daskeo served as the distinguished guest, while Atty. Phillip Raymund S. Rivera, chairman of the Police Regional Appellate Board 1 and NAPOLCOM Region 1 provincial officer for Pangasinan, also attended.

Pangasinan PPO Officer-in-Charge and Provincial Director Police Col. Dennis L. De Leon led the activity, which highlighted the role of sports in developing leadership, discipline and mutual respect among police personnel.

The sportsfest also provided an opportunity for members of different police units to strengthen professional relationships beyond their respective assignments and foster a shared sense of responsibility.

The Pangasinan PPO said it would continue supporting activities that promote physical fitness, teamwork and professionalism among its personnel, emphasizing their common responsibility to serve and protect the people of Pangasinan.
