After days of burgers, steaks and barbecue, a seafood feast can be a welcome change. There is something deeply satisfying about digging into a fresh catch, cracking shells, and sharing a table filled with food from the sea.
The only catch? Preparing a seafood spread at home requires plenty of time and effort.
Fortunately, The Bistro Group’s Fish & Co. has an easier answer with its new Fisherman’s Bucket, bringing a generous assortment of seafood together so diners can simply choose their favorite sauce and dig right in. The spread features a hefty mix of clams, mussels, tiger prawns, crab and corn on the cob. Diners can customize their catch with one of four flavorful sauces: bold Singapore Chili, rich Lemon Butter, punchy Chili Garlic, or fragrant Ginger.
The Fisherman’s Bucket is available in two sizes to suit your party. The Sailor’s Catch (P1,850) serves two to three people and includes 120g of clams, 150g of mussels, 200g of tiger prawns, 250g of crab, and two corn cobs. For a bigger gathering, the Captain’s Bucket (P2,950) serves four to five people, loaded with 250g of clams, 300g of mussels, 400g of tiger prawns, 500g of crab, and four corn cobs.
Hungry for more? You can always add extra clams or mussels for P395, tiger prawns for P695, or two pieces of crab for P850. Two whole corn cobs are also available for P300. To ensure none of those rich sauces go to waste, grab a Plain Rice Platter (P150) or a Seafood Rice Platter (P250).
Dining solo? No problem. Fish & Co. is also making solo dining easier with All Yours, All Day Season 3, a complete meal featuring an appetizer, entrée and drink starting at just P385. Diners can start with a Garden or Caesar Salad, then select an entrée from Fish and Squid Sisig, Fish with Garlic Parmesan, Grilled Pork Loin with Brown Gravy Sauce, or Chicken Curry. (Grilled Honey Lime BBQ Chicken is also available for an additional P65).
Adding yet another exciting option to the menu is the new Fried Pompano, perfect for those who like their fish golden, crispy and thoroughly satisfying.
