Enderun Colleges has partnered with the Chungnam Provincial Branch of the Korea Federation of Korean Restaurants, also known as the Korea Food Service Industry Association (KFSIA), to expand international opportunities in culinary education and the food service industry.

The partnership was formalized through a memorandum of understanding signed recently by Yoon Seok-Yong, president of the Chungnam Provincial Branch of the Korea Federation of Korean Restaurants, and Daniel Perez, chief operating officer of Enderun Colleges, at the Enderun campus in Taguig City.

The agreement covers possible collaboration in culinary education, research, product development, student internships, educational visits, faculty engagement, entrepreneurship and industry exchanges.

It also provides opportunities to develop employment pathways for qualified Enderun graduates in South Korea’s food service sector.

The partnership builds on Enderun’s Hospitality and Culinary Arts programs, which emphasize hands-on training, international exposure and industry collaboration. It also adds to the college’s network of international internship opportunities and partnerships with overseas institutions and industry groups.

Enderun and KFSIA said the partnership aims to promote cross-border collaboration and contribute to the growth of the Philippine and South Korean food service sectors.
