One weekend. Ten countries. Countless flavors.

Asia Society Philippines brings back Asian Eats 2026 to the Grand Atrium at Shangri-La Plaza from 7 to 9 August 2026. For three days, embassies, cultural institutions, local businesses and food lovers come together to celebrate the flavors, traditions and stories behind Asian cuisine under one roof.

Recognized as Asia Society Philippines' flagship culinary diplomacy initiative, the event uses food as a gateway to heritage, culture and community, pairing authentic dishes with artistic performances and cultural exchanges.

    ASEAN gets the spotlight

With the Philippines hosting the ASEAN Summit, this year's edition shines the spotlight on Southeast Asia through a special ASEAN Showcase.

Visitors can sample authentic cuisines from across Asia while discovering the shared heritage and distinct culinary identities of ASEAN member states.

Participating embassies and partner merchants will also offer specialty products and signature dishes from Australia, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, South Korea, Thailand and Vietnam.

    Watch the chefs in action

The festival also serves up a packed lineup of live cooking demonstrations featuring Chef LV Wei of the Embassy of China, the Indian Women in Enterprise, Coco Mama, Kikkoman with Chef Bruce Lim, and NutriAsia with Chef Gerick Manalo.

The celebration doesn't stop at food. Participating embassies will fill the venue with live music, dance and cultural performances throughout the three-day festival.

By bringing together embassies, partner organizations, businesses and communities, Asian Eats 2026 continues to strengthen cross-cultural understanding while showing how food can spark dialogue, build friendships and bring the region closer together.
