A crash on 10 July left a 41-year-old woman dead and a TNVS rider injured, after an SUV crashed into the motorcycle they were riding along Ortigas Avenue.
Authorities said the vehicles were traveling along Ortigas Avenue toward San Juan when the SUV collided with the motorcycle carrying the victims. The 25-year-old rider is currently recovering, while the woman was taken to a funeral home.
The Philippine National Police (PNP) clarified that the driver was a 20-year-old student and not an employee of the House of Representatives, as a sticker was seen on the back of his car.
Furthermore, PNP said that the two parties have since settled.
