ING Hubs Philippines has been named Global Capability Center (GCC) of the Year at the 2026 SOLAIA: IT-BPM Awards by the Information Technology and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP).

The award recognizes excellence in operational performance, innovation, talent development, and business impact within the country's IT-BPM industry.

IBPAP President and CEO Jack Madrid said the recognition highlights the growing role of Filipino professionals in delivering complex, cross-border work and reinforces the Philippines' position as a global services hub.

ING Hubs Philippines has grown into ING's largest global capability center, with more than 6,500 employees supporting operations in over 40 countries across more than 30 capability domains and 400 services.
